Weekly Update 13/01/2021

Hello Everyone,

This Week’s Sponsor is Innerspace Wardrobes, many thanks to Ken Saville. Be sure to book your spot each Saturday, as there are some great prizes up for grabs and lots of keen competition players this at time of the year.

The Committee of Management can now confirm that Julie Langford will be filling the spot on the committee that was left when Mark Poulson resigned and Alan Smith took over the role as Captain of RGC.  We welcome Julie and wish her all the best in her new role.

Credit must go to all of the members that volunteer on course – you do such a great job and we appreciate your efforts week in week out. You may have noticed the white and orange posts now out on course which are used for FootGolf and for the shortened orange course. A special mention to a job well done by the volunteers (in particular Peter Bond and Peter Ashdown) – they look fantastic and help with reducing the time it takes to setup the FootGolf course.

The team at Riverside looks forward to the upcoming Australia Day event (Stableford Guest Day) – bookings open soon and guests are more than welcome. Don’t forget to dress in you Aussie colours!
