Dress Code & Golf Course Etiquette
We boast a relaxed dress code – Neat, casual golf attire with
appropriate foot wear for social play is welcomed.
No thongs, singlets, t-shirts, ripped denim or offensive slogans.
A fun, casual and relaxing round is what we aim for, but by
following the dress regulations and golf course etiquette below, we can ensure that everyone on the course can enjoy their round of golf.
Expectations of Golfers at Riverside
- You must adhere to the dress code at all times.
- All players must have their own set of golf clubs.
- Ensure you take a sand bucket with you and repair your divots.
- Players must enter all bunkers at the lowest point of entry possible.
- Footprints and damaged areas must be raked upon leaving the bunker. The rake should be left in the rake holders or if one is not available, on the bunker’s edge.
- Fix your pitch marks on the green.
- To help prevent damage to the hole flagsticks should be lowered carefully onto the green and should not be dropped which will help to prevent damage. Always return the flagstick to the centre of the cup when leaving the green. Players should not lean on their putters when on the green.
